Action Plan and Review will be carried out in year 2003 -04 for 2004. BP4C will now focus on tracking for young people to see what impact the event has had on their career choices. Aiming to improve the relationship between the sector and the African Caribbean community through the development of placements, job shadowing, taster sessions and Diversity Support programme.
