Joint project between Birmingham Partnership for Change and the British Academy of Advanced Training. The I CAN Achieve project aims to raise the achievement level and citizenship skills of 100 African Caribbean young people across the city's schools.

The programme runs for 8 weeks and is run on the principles of emotional learning with the only requirement for young people being their commitment and that of their parents.

The fusion of effort between parent, students and the LEA all receiving positive support and allowing the students to feedback success and/or challenges that they may face on a constant basis in the key to the programmes success.

Birmingham Partnership will be continually monitoring pupils.
