Improve links between the AEGs, two regenerations zones and the African Caribbean community to improve the employability of African and Caribbean people.

4 Sessions, coaching to organisations from the African Caribbean community the sessions will provide presentations the new models of working that ensure:

· understanding of the localised developments
· who is doing what and why
· how these new approaches will work and how BME communities will interface.
· skills to working life

Improve links so that BP4C can be instrumental in the development of the strategies.

Ensure past learning and experience and good practice models are brought to the table.
